Photo Reset Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Photo Reset (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Photo Reset is an iOS application designed to assist users in reviewing, organizing, and cleaning up their photo library locally on their Apple device.

3. Photo Management & Deletion

User Authority: All review decisions (Keep, Ask Later, Delete) are initiated and confirmed by you.
System Confirmation: Any deletion of photos or videos requires explicit system confirmation through Apple's native dialog prompt.
Recovery: Items confirmed for deletion are moved by Apple Photos to your device's “Recently Deleted” album, where they are retained according to Apple's standard policy (typically 30 days) before permanent removal.
No Liability: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing items before confirming deletion. We are not liable for the unintentional loss or deletion of photos or media.

4. Photo Reset Pro (In-App Purchases)

Lifetime License: Photo Reset Pro is provided as a one-time purchase granting perpetual access to premium features (including unlimited screenshot cleanup, Calendar Explorer, Screen Recording Explorer, and Vault) on devices linked to your Apple ID.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Restoration: You may restore your previous purchase at any time via the “Restore Purchases” button in Settings.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple under Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, artwork, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Seno / RSVerse. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of Photo Reset be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. Penerimaan Ketentuan

Dengan mengunduh, memasang, atau menggunakan Photo Reset (“Aplikasi”), Anda menyetujui untuk terikat oleh Ketentuan Penggunaan ini (“Ketentuan”). Jika Anda tidak menyetujui ketentuan ini, mohon untuk tidak menggunakan Aplikasi.

2. Deskripsi Layanan

Photo Reset adalah aplikasi iOS yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna meninjau, mengorganisasi, dan membersihkan galeri foto secara lokal di perangkat Apple mereka.

3. Pengelolaan & Penghapusan Foto

Kendali Penuh Pengguna: Seluruh keputusan peninjauan (Simpan / Keep, Tanya Nanti / Ask Later, Hapus / Delete) diputuskan dan dikonfirmasi langsung oleh Anda.
Konfirmasi Sistem: Setiap tindakan penghapusan foto atau video mewajibkan konfirmasi eksplisit melalui dialog sistem resmi dari Apple.
Pemulihan Media (Recovery): Foto/video yang telah dikonfirmasi untuk dihapus akan dipindahkan oleh Apple Photos ke album “Baru Dihapus” (Recently Deleted), di mana media tersebut disimpan selama kurun waktu tertentu (biasanya 30 hari) sebelum dihapus secara permanen oleh sistem Apple.
Batasan Tanggung Jawab: Anda memahami bahwa Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk meneliti media sebelum menyetujui penghapusan. Pengembang tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau penghapusan media yang tidak disengaja oleh pengguna.

4. Photo Reset Pro (Pembelian Dalam Aplikasi)

Lisensi Seumur Hidup (Lifetime License): Photo Reset Pro merupakan pembelian satu kali yang memberikan hak akses selamanya ke fitur-fitur premium (pembersihan tangkapan layar tanpa batas, Penjelajah Kalender, Penjelajah Rekaman Layar, dan Brankas) pada seluruh perangkat yang terhubung dengan akun Apple ID Anda.
Pembayaran: Pembayaran akan ditagihkan ke akun Apple ID Anda pada saat konfirmasi pembelian.
Pemulihan Pembelian (Restore): Anda dapat memulihkan pembelian sebelumnya kapan saja melalui tombol “Pulihkan Pembelian” di menu Pengaturan (Settings).
Pengembalian Dana (Refund): Seluruh permintaan pengembalian dana dikelola langsung oleh Apple sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Layanan Media Apple.

5. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual

Aplikasi ini, mencakup kode sumber, desain antarmuka, aset visual, merek dagang, dan dokumentasi, merupakan hak kekayaan intelektual milik Seno / RSVerse. Anda diberikan lisensi terbatas, non-eksklusif, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, dan dapat dibatalkan untuk menggunakan Aplikasi ini untuk keperluan pribadi non-komersial.

6. Penafian Jaminan (Disclaimer of Warranties)

Aplikasi ini disediakan sebagaimana adanya (“AS IS”) dan sebagaimana tersedia (“AS AVAILABLE”) tanpa jaminan dalam bentuk apa pun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada jaminan kelayakan untuk tujuan tertentu.

7. Batasan Kewajiban (Limitation of Liability)

Sepanjang diperbolehkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, pengembang Photo Reset tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, khusus, atau konsekuensial yang timbul dari penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan untuk menggunakan Aplikasi.

8. Hukum yang Berlaku

Ketentuan ini diatur dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku tanpa memandang pertentangan prinsip-prinsip hukum.
